Welcome to Amisplace, an online platform for people to see available homes and help make the initial connection between Hosts and Guests so that a Guest can Stay at the home of a Host. “Host”, “Guest”, and “Stay” are defined in our Terms of Service. A Host, a Guest, or any other person that uses our Services is a “User”.

You should read our full Privacy Policy to understand what data we collect, how we use it, and the limited circumstances where we may share it. By using our Services, you consent to any transfer and processing in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy applies to your use of any Amisplace website (whether or not you create an account), any communications with us, and any apps or platforms we may create in the future. Amisplace’s Services are based in and provided primarily in the United States. If you are located outside the United States, any data you provide may be transferred to servers in the United States. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

We will notify you by presenting you with a new Privacy Policy if we make a modification that materially changes your rights. When you use Amisplace after a modification is posted, you are telling us that you accept the modified terms.

You do not need an account to be an Amisplace User, such as Users that browse our website only. You need to have an account to be an Amisplace Guest or Host.

  You can choose to share additional information with us that will be covered by this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service. You can also share this information by updating your profile, uploading documents that include personal information, or answering questions or surveys we may email you or present to you on the Services. We will not use your phone number to send any commercial or marketing messages to you.

  When you visit our website, we log and store your time of access.

We use, process, and store your Personal Data to provide the Amisplace Services This includes:

• Matching prospective Guests and Hosts.
• Allowing you to choose whether your profile is public or private, so other Users, can find you—or not.
• Determining account activity in order to provide Users with the best results.
• Contacting you about additional Amisplace or Amisplace partner services you might be interested in, unless you opt-out (see “How to Opt-Out of Email Communications”).
